Partnership Advisory Committee

 
  • In addition to having involvement in each profession case study, partners are involved through the Partnership Advisory Committee. The PAC provides ongoing support and guidance across the Partnership activities from data collection to knowledge mobilization.

 
 

Owen Adams is Senior Advisor to the CEO at the Canadian Medical Association (CMA), based in Ottawa, Ontario. Since joining the CMA in 1990 he has contributed to the association’s research and policy development in areas such as physician human resources, health system financing and health reform.

 
 

Aden Hamza is a Policy Advisor with the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA), is a registered nurse and has a background in medical/surgical and emergency care. Aden supports CNA’s portfolios on health human resources and mental health and wellbeing.

 
 

Margrieta Langins is a policy advisor to the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen Denmark. A trained nurse and former fellow at the International Foundation for Integrated Care, Maggie has worked in the international health field for more than 15 years. Her work at the WHO Regional Office for Europe has involved working at the crossroads between health and care workforce issues, long-term care service models, and primary health care. 

 
 

Jungwee Park is a senior research analyst in Health Analysis Division at Statistics Canada. Trained as a medical sociologist/demographer, he has conducted a number of research on the social determinants of health, particularly in the context of vulnerable population groups. Using population-based surveys, administrative records, and linked data sources, many of his recent research projects have had a special focus on the relationships between labour market conditions and health.

 
 

Pamela Rogers is the Director of Research and Professional Learning at the Canadian Teachers’ Federation, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Education.
